Welcome Box: Your choice of White, Pink, Oatmeal or French Blue with personalized label.
Treat Box:(treat boxes measure 3" x 3" x 3")
Water Bottle Label: personalized with your design (customization available)
Welcome Letter: (2 sided letter available).
Single Ribbon: (your choice of colors) to close the Welcome Box and the Treat Box.

How to design your Welcome Kit:
Step 1 - Choose your box color (white, pink, French blue or oatmeal).
Step 2- Choose your label design. You can order a design from one of the samples, send us an image you want to use, or have a custom design created for you. You can change the font and colors with any of our sample labels.

Step 3 - Choose your ink color. White, Ivory, Silver, Black, Light Pink, Cyclamen (deep pink), Red, Burgundy, Sage,
Citrus, Hunter Green, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Lavender, Plum, Purple, Yellow, Antique Gold, Brown, Chocolate,
Copper, Moss, Aqua, Turquoise and Tangerine. If you are unsure about the ink color, do not worry, you have a chance to preview your labels and welcome card with your free proof.
There is no extra charge for multiple ink colors so be sure to incorporate your color theme into your welcome kits.
Step 4 - Choose your ribbon colors. White, Ivory, Silver, Black, Light Pink, Cyclamen (deep pink), Red, Burgundy, Sage, Citrus, Hunter Green,
Light Blue, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Lavender, Plum, Purple, Yellow, Antique Gold, Brown, Chocolate, Copper, Moss, Aqua, Turquoise and Tangerine.

Assembly: Boxes do not come assembled; however, all labels do arrive adhered to the boxes. This is to save the customer on shipping charges.
Boxes are very easy to put together. All ribbons arrive pre-cut to the appropriate length.
Proofs: The first two proofs are free of charge, emailed to you for your approval within 48 hours. Additional proofs are $5.00 dollars each.
Time frame: Once the proof is approved, the order will ship within 5 business days.
Shipping: Orders are currently shipped via the USPS. Shipping for 10 complete kits is $9.95 for most orders. If the order is large, whatever we pay for shipping is what you pay, Invitation Concepts does not believe in making money on shipping charges. Orders ship from Connecticut, so if you live nearby, feel free to come and pick up your order to avoid shipping charges.

Errors: Errors should be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. If the error was caused by Invitation Concepts, it will be corrected and redone at no charge. If the error was caused by the customer, we will come to a fair resolution to fix the problem.
