Are proofs available?
Yes, proofs and/or samples are available for all stationery products. Certain
birth announcements and all “from
the mom of” notepads include a free, fully personalized email proof.
When will my order ship?
Turnaround time for the majority of our invitations (including wedding invitations)
is 24-48 hours. Most children’s stationery and invitations ship within 72 hours of when the order is placed.
For personalized ceramic gifts, please allow up to 3 weeks –it takes time
to make things look this good!!
Are rush orders available?
Yes, rush orders are available. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can get you an accurate
price quote.
How will my order ship?
Orders are shipped UPS Ground or Priority Mail.
What typestyles are offered?
There are a variety of different typestyles
to choose from. Typestyle choices are displayed with each product.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, personalized products cannot be returned.
If there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
If we caused the error, the item will be replaced.
If the customer caused the error, we will work with you to come to a fair
